Create Villas was set up in 2005 with the goal of providing our clients with an easy to use website for searching and booking Villa holidays. Create Villas is the first of a line of “Create” branded businesses which we plan to launch over the coming months and years.
The ethos of our business is to convey as much information through our websites as possible, but to back this up with knowledgeable staff ready to answer your questions either over the phone or by email. The websites are designed to be easy and intuitive to use.
We do not charge any more for customers who feel more comfortable making their booking over the telephone, but also where possible give the option of much of the booking process to be completed online.
Unlike the majority of our competitors we do not use premium rate “0870” numbers, but use local rate “0845” numbers.
We aim to differentiate ourselves from some of the bigger online travel agencies, by offering a more personal, knowledgeable service.
The Create Villas website has been designed to enable visitors to obtain detailed information about the properties we offer, together with information about the regions, as well as details of available flight options.
