This is a lovely brand new villa in Siller, a residential area behind the resort of Puerto Pollença. Can Rotjer retains a country feel with its large garden and views to hills beyond. The villa is exceptionally well placed for all the attractions of Puerto Pollença: the beach and the famous pine walk are just a 15 minute walk from here, and bars, restaurants and supermarkets are even closer.

Layout
Terrace
A large covered terrace joins the gardens to the villa. The terrace looks onto the swimming pool and newly landscaped gardens with a lawn area and trees. Outside there is also a traditional well and a brick-built barbecue. There’s a welcome cool breeze here, even in the height of summer.
Lounge - dining
Inside, the lounge and dining area run the length of the house with patio doors onto the terrace all the way along. There’s comfortable seating here with satellite television and a dvd player/cd stereo. From this room – as well as out on the terrace – are lovely views of the hills, really unusual for a villa so near to the resort.
Kitchen
The kitchen has a large stainless steel oven and hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. There’s a pantry here too.
Double bedroom
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom.
First floor
Can Rotjer has a number of modern design features. The lounge and dining room has a high and sloping ceiling which mirrors the design of the terrace outside. There’s an elegant dark-wood staircase here too which leads up to the two first-floor twin bedrooms. There is a full bathroom here and another lounge area perfect for reading.
