Set in the Pollenca hills in an area known as 'Little Paradise', with far reaching views to the Cape of Formentor and mountains. Nearest beach = 10 minute driver, tennis courts = 15 minute drive, shops = 5 minute drive.
Layout
Ground Floor
An entrance hall, living room, modern kitchen, utility room and an archway through to the master double bedroom with private bath/shower. From the dining room French doors open to sun terraces and swimming pool area with shower room.
First floor
Stairs lead up from the hall to 2 twin bedrooms sharing one full bath/shower. The second and third double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom share a nearby bath/shower.
Outside
Outside is an adjoining casita with the original bread oven and covered patio area - adjacent to the poolside and al-fresco dining terrace. The floodlit swimming pool has a spacious furnished sun terrace with views accross the valley to the mountains.
