In Pollença old town – 4-minute walk to the famous square’s restaurants and supermarkets. 10-minute drive to beaches.Casa Pueblo Alicanti is a beautifully designed modern village house and because the house and the pool can be heated in winter it’s perfect for a holiday at any time of year.

This is a very special village house in the heart of the old town of Pollença. Casa Pueblo Alicanti is elegantly designed and furnished, with modern artworks, white walls, tiled floors and wooden beams.
The main door is on one of the pretty and quiet narrow streets of the old town. The entrance hall leads to a study, and a dining area with a lovely oak table. The large kitchen has another table and chairs and appliances including a dishwasher, a large oven and hob, a microwave and an American-style fridge-freezer. The work surfaces are made from Mallorcan stone. Double doors open out onto the lower outside terrace.Also on this ground level of the house there’s a lounge with two sofas and satellite television and a dvd player and cd stereo. There’s also a cloakroom here. On the first floor are the house’s three bedrooms and two further bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms, with views over the roofs of the old town houses share a full bathroom – beautifully decorated with Mallorcan country-style tiling. One of these bedrooms opens up onto a large balcony that catches the late afternoon sun, and overlooks the pool area. There’s also a double bedroom here with a lovely en-suite shower bathroom filled with natural light.Outside
Double doors open out onto the lower outside terrace and pool, which has a covered area with a barbecue and a table and bench seating. The pool has large roman steps and a jacuzzi feature. The pool can also be heated at an additional cost. There’s a furnished sun-terrace, with a mural painting of the mountain of Cavall Bernat
