This lovely new stone villa is located near the famous monument off the main Pollença Road. A private driveway leads to the villa and its landscaped gardens.
Villa Es Coster, ideal for couples, is in a lovely position near the old town of Pollença with its pavement cafés, restaurants and shops, and yet its setting in large grounds makes it a private and relaxing place to stay.

An extensive patio area runs around the pool. Lots of outdoor lighting here and a built-in barbecue turn this area from a daytime sun-trap into the perfect place for eating outside on warm evenings. There are magnificent views across to the mountain of Puig de Tomir and the Son March valley, and the old town of Pollença, which is just a 5 minute walk away.
Ground floor
Inside, the villa is bright and simply furnished with tiled floors and white walls. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to the dining kitchen which has a range of appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is a spacious lounge with satellite television and a dvd player/cd stereo. There is also a shower bathroom on this level. Down a single step is a twin bedroom.
First floor
On the first floor is the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom.
