Loctated off an unmade single track lane, in complete tranquility with the most spectacular views across the Guillo valley towards the mountains. The nearest shops and resturants in Pollenca are a 5 minute drive, Pollenca golf club is 10 minutes drive and the nearest tennis courts are 10 minutes drive away.

Ground floor
On entering the front door there is a spacious dining room with steps up to the lounge. There is a well fitted kitchen and drawing room with original stone wall, thus making the room very cool.
First floor
From the drawing room a wooden staircase leads up to an open plan bedroom, a shower room and laundry room. From the main hall stairs lead up to 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom along with a full btahroom.
