Location
Set in a 25 acre protected area of oitstanding natural beauty there are many olive trees, orange and almond groves. Located off an unmade single track lane, in complete tranquility with the most spectacular views across the Guillo valley towards the mountains. The nearest shops and resturants are in Pollenca a 5 minute drive, Pollenca golf club is 10 minutes drive and the nearest tennis courts are 10 minutes drive away.
Layout
Ground floor
On entering the front door there is a spacious dining room with steps up to the lounge. There is a well fitted kitchen with 'Aga'style cooker and drawing room with original stone wall, thus making the room very cool.
First floor
From the drawing room a wooden staircase leads up to an open plan bedroom with one double bed and 2 twin beds, a shower room and a laundry room. From the main hall stairs lead up to 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom along with a full bathroom.
Outside
There is a spacious, furnished sun-terrace with BBQ and swimming pool with child friendly corner steps, a shower room and wonderful views, some of the best in Majorca.
