Les Oliveres Des Rafalet is a graceful villa with lots of relaxing space for an unusually large group of up to 16 people. It has everything that makes a villa holiday really special - four-poster beds, balconies, elegant design in every room - and all just 100 metres from the sea.
Location
This villa in Pollenca is just a short stroll from beaches and restaurants. Its in Llenaire, an upmarket residential estate fifteen-minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Pollena. The house and gardens have been designed to create exciting spaces with lots of room for relaxing, swimming and sunbathing, and entertaining. Inside, the rooms have high ceilings, bright white spotlighting, and pale marble floors, furniture and linen.
Layout
Inside
The main living rooms are on the ground floor. A double lounge runs the whole length of the house, with three sets of French windows opening out onto the pool-terrace. There's lots of space here - with five sofas, a digital tv, dvd and sound system. A stone archway leads through to a separate dining room with a long table and chairs. There's a second dining table - to seat twelve - in the kitchen. This is a large square room, fitted with chrome appliances including a dishwasher and an extra-size fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms - a lovely en-suite double and a twin room. There's a bathroom here too. On the first floor there are six more great bedrooms. The two double rooms are especially lovely. One has a four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi - overlooking the garden. The second, also with an en-suite bathroom, has its own balcony. Both these double rooms have French windows onto another balcony terrace looking out over the sea. The four twin bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, (only two bedrooms don't have airconditioning; these are cooled by fans). And a number of the bedrooms also have their own tv. The villa is also heated, for early spring and late autumn holidays.
Outside
The property is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with palms and fruit trees, with sun-terraces and a large curved pool. A shady covered terrace looks out over the pool. There are wicker armchairs here, loungers and a dining table - making this the perfect all-day place, from lazy sunny breakfasts right through to cocktails. Down by the pool there's also a separate barbecue-oven with another dining table under a beamed terrace. The pool itself is long and curved with shallow stone steps. Also in the grounds of the villa there's a poolside bathroom. Les Oliveres D'es Rafalet is an extremely relaxing house with lots of space even for really large groups - several families or up to sixteen friends can have a wonderful holiday here. You'll also find beautiful beaches and some of the best restaurants in the area just a short walk away in Puerto Pollenca.
