A pretty neat Spanish villa in Pollenca close to the golf course and its restauraunt. The fantastic views from this holiday home, make it a charming setting for a self catering villa holiday in Majorca.
Location
Villa Bon Cami is in a beautiful part of the Pollença countryside. It’s on a quiet country lane with green fields all around and open views to mountains and Pollença’s golf course, which is just a two-minute walk away. This is a great house for small families or anyone wanting to walk and cycle around the gentle countryside of this part of Mallorca - or any keen golfers who can be on the fairway in just a couple of minutes! Pollença is also close by - just a 2-minute drive away, and the lovely sheltered bay of Puerto Pollença is just 5 minutes away by car.
Layout
Inside
Inside, the villa has high beamed ceilings which give a sense of space, and white walls and terracotta tiled floors. All the rooms are at ground level. There’s a long lounge and dining room with comfortable corner sofas and a dining table and chairs. There’s satellite tv here too and a dvd and stereo. The kitchen is a large, farmhouse-style room with lots of space in wooden units and plenty of work-surface on marble counter-tops. There’s another dining table and chairs here and appliances including a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. The utility area and washing machine are in a separate room off the kitchen. A door from the kitchen leads out onto the covered barbecue terrace at the back of the house. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms – a double room and a twin room. The double is a really lovely room with a sleigh bed and views over the garden and across the countryside. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bath and a shower.
Outside
Outside, there’s a rectangular pool in the centre of the garden, surrounded by lawn and shaded by tall trees. The views from here – of the Puig Maria mountain and the craggy outline of the Fataritx mountain – are really stunning. There are two terraces: a sun-terrace at the front of the house, overlooking the pool, with a table and chairs; and a covered terrace leading out from the kitchen at the side of the house.
