Can Coloma is a lovely cottage style villa in Pollenca hidden away in the countryside.This Majorcan villa with lovely gardens makes a wonderful private setting for a self catering villa holiday in Pollenca.
Location
The villa is ideally situated in private countryside and reached by driving down a tiny country lane over a pretty river and then approached up the long driveway. However a short car journey of a few minutes will bring you to the restaurants of Pollenca and the beaches and nightlife of Puerto Pollenca.
Layout
Inside
There is a brand new kitchen with modern amenities including a dishwasher and microwave. The open-plan air-conditioned living area also has two comfortable sofas with satellite television and dvd player, and a lovely traditional Mallorcan wood dining table and seating. The double and twin air-conditioned bedrooms have two modern bathrooms for their convenience.
Outside
Outside the villa has parkland style landscaped gardens with an abundance of fruit trees and palm trees offering plentiful shade. The huge lawned areas are ideal for the kiddies to play on. The swimming pool has furnished sun terraces for the sun beds. The house has shaded covered terraces with plenty of comfortable furniture overlooking the pool and gardens perfect for a quiet read and drink. On the other side of the pool is a seperate barbecue casita area with a dining table and ideal for trying your hand with the local cuisine. there is an outdoor shower bathroom also for your use.
