Set in a rural location but it is only a 15 minute walk to the old town of Pollenca, and the nearest beaches are a 7 minute drive.It is also only several hundred yards from the famous and prestigious Pollenca Vallori riding stables.This villa is fully accessible to wheelchair users.

Open-plan living/dining area,with a tv with several English speaking channels and a DVD player. fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and American style fridge freezer.The master double bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.There are 2 twin bedrooms which share a full bathroom.
Outside
'L' shaped pool which is easily accessible starting at just 2 inches deep and therefore excellent for children and people with mobility problems.Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing area and poolside shower, a long covered terrace with beautiful views,BBQ and table tennis table.
