Location
A 2/3 minute walk to restaurants and a supermarket and only a 5 minute walk to Pollença's square.It is 10 minutes drive to the area's beaches.

Kitchen
A well designed contemporary kitchen leads out of the lounge. Another door from the kitchen leads directly out to the pool area.
Lounge / dining
Several steps up from the pool area lead to the beautiful lounge and dining room, with white walls and stone pillars and arches. There are comfortable corner sofas here and the latest entertainment systems. Huge windows from the lounge look down over the pool to the town of Pollença and the hills beyond. Above the lounge and dining room is a wooden mezzanine - perfect as a reading area, or as extra sleeping space for older children.
Outside front
In front of Can Simone a beautiful curved pool that is surrounded by stone-paved sun terraces and a lawn and is shaded by palm trees. An olive tree offers more shade and there are delicious pears to eat in the late spring and summer.
Outside rear
In a peaceful and private spot around the other side of the villa there is also a covered terrace with a stone barbecue, a table-tennis table and lots of outdoor furniture and new for 2006 a heated outdoor hot-tub Jacuzzi(at additional cost) This is a lovely place to eat outside throughout the year.
Entrance way
A private walkway leads to the villa from one of the town’s picturesque narrow streets. This is a truly luxurious villa with modern design in a traditional setting - only moments away from pavement cafés, restaurants and squares.
Bedrooms
Two large and airy bedrooms are also positioned on the ground floor, one twin and one kingsize both with floor to ceiling wardrobes and therefore lots of storage space.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom which is on the ground level is a truly luxurious affair with a jacuzzi style bath for the ultimate in holiday indulgence. There is also a walk in shower room leading off of the kitchen also on the ground floor. From the kitchen there is a door leading straight onto the pool area and therefore useful for an after shower swim.
