Location
Villa Can Torrens is a lovely traditional spanish style villa perfectly located just a short walk away from all the amenities of Puerto Pollensa. It is also is an ideal base for walkers to explore the north of the island, and for those not keen on walking, the villa is a very easy 800 yards walk to the centre of Puerto Pollenca,the beach and front of the resort is approximately 15 minutes walk away.

Inside
The villa has four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The villa is reached via a covered terrace, which has outside dining furniture perfect for al-fresco dining. The inside of the villa is comfortably furnished and is spacious. From the hall you enter the lounge, which has a feature wood burning stove, and a TV with satellite facility, and a DVD player is also here. There is a seperate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen too. The laundry area of the villa has a washing machine and also a tumble dryer. From the other side of the hall, there is the master double bedroom which has a full en-suite bathroom, and sitting area. There are two further twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom. Also off from the hall there is a further double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room.
Outside
The villa is situated on a large plot which means lots of outdoor space, the villa has mature gardens to the front and the rear, and there is a lawned area which is perfect for children. The sunloungers out here on the lawn, and furniture shaded under the terrace make this a lovely varied place for sunbathing, reading and relaxing. There is a brick built barbecue outside too. The villa also has a 12 metre pool, which has roman steps at each end, and is located at the rear of the villa offering privacy.
