Location
Set in the Pollenca hills in an area known as 'Little Paradise', with far reaching views to the Cape of Formentor and mountains. The nearest beach is 10 minutes drive, tennis is available 15 minute drive away and the closest shops are 5 minutes drive.
Layout
Ground Floor
An entrance hall, living room, modern kitchen, utility room d an inner archway leads through to the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From the dining room French doors open to sun terraces and swimming pool area with shower room.
First floor
Stairs lead up from the hall to 2 twin bedrooms sharing one full bathroom.The second and third double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom share a nearby bathroom.
Outside
Outside is an adjoining casita with the original bread oven and covered patio area with BBQ adjacent to the poolside and al-fresco dining terrace. The floodlit swimming pool with Roman steps has a spacious furnished sun terrace with views accross the valley to the mountains.
