Les Oliveres D’es Rafalet is an extremely relaxing and luxurious house, one of the most beautiful on Mallorca.The house is in Llenaire, a very select residential estate just a fifteen-minute walk from the centre of Puerto Pollença.100m from sea and a 5-minute walk to the beach and the nearest bar and restaurant.

Inside
The public rooms are all on the ground floor. There’s a double-height entrance hall with a wide staircase sweeping up to a circular gallery with lovely views over the sea. A double lounge runs the whole length of the house, with three sets of French windows opening out onto the pool-terrace. There are five sofas here. A stone archway leads through to a separate dining room with a long table and chairs. There’s a second dining table – to seat twelve – in the kitchen. This is a large square room, fitted with the most modern appliances including an extra-size larder fridge-freezer. Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms – a lovely en-suite double and a twin room. There’s a bathroom here too. On the first floor there are six more beautiful bedrooms. The two double rooms are especially luxurious. One has a four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi overlooking the garden. The second, also with a lovely en-suite bathroom, has its own private balcony. Both these double rooms have French windows onto another balcony terrace looking out over the sea. The four twin bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms are air-conditioned, the others are cooled by ceiling fans. And a number of the bedrooms also have their own tv. The villa is also heated, for early spring and late autumn holidays.

Les Oliveres D’es Rafalet is surrounded by lush gardens with palms and fruit trees, sun-terraces and a large curved pool. A wide covered terrace looks out over the pool. There are wicker armchairs here, loungers and a dining table – making this the perfect all-day place, from lazy sunny breakfasts right through to cocktails. Down by the pool there’s also a separate barbecue-oven with another dining table under a beamed terrace. The pool itself is long and curved with shallow stone steps. Also in the grounds of the villa there’s a poolside bathroom, a laundry area, table-tennis table and private underground car parking.
