Brand new, luxury semi-detached villa in Gundogan set in landscaped gardens and sharing a large swimming pool with 9 other villas on this small complex. The villa sits in the corner of the development and has beautiful views of the surrounding Turkish countryside.
Location
The villa is situated in the low lying area of the village making it ideal for push chairs and the less able. It is a 5 minute flat walk to the beach and centre. Here you will find a beautiful old, village with a variety of shops and restaurants. The bus station and taxi rank are a 5 minute walk from the villa enabling you to reach all parts of this wonderful penisula within 30 minutes.
Layout
Ground Floor
The front door opens into a large open plan living space providing a sitting room and well equipped kitchen/dining area comprising of oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, iron and ironing board as well as the usual kettle and toaster and plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. Those less able will be pleased to know that the ground floor is completed by the first of three double bedrooms (which can be converted to two single beds) and bathroom suite.The washing machine is situated in the understairs cupboard along with other cleaning items.
First Floor
On the first floor the master bedroom has its own small balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The first floor balcony with Pergola covering, relaxing chairs and view over the swimming pool make it a lovely place to finish the day, glass in hand. The third bedroom provides twin accommodation with two single beds. The main family bathroom provides a Jacuzzi bath, and overhead power shower. All Bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, making them a cool retreat from the hot Aegean sun. All have plenty of wardrobe and other storage space.
Roof Terrace
The stairs lead up further to the spacious roof top terrace with spectacular panoramic views

A large patio greets you upon arrival, ideal for those wanting to use the BBQ and eat al fresco or just lounge around 10 paces from the large shared pool
