Just a 15 minute gentle walk to the centre of the resort, and only a 5 minute walk to the nearest shop. 20 minutes to Iztuzu/ Turtle beach by bus from the resort or 30 minutes by scenic boat ride

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, full cooker with fan, toaster and kettle, a lounge area with 2 single sofa beds and a dining table decorated in traditional Anatolian style.Downstairs there is also a cloakroom with wc, upstairs is reached by a curved marble staircase where there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, and both have doors out onto the upstairs balcony where there are great views of the surrounding farmland and hills
Outside
Lovely mature garden share with 2 other villas, with fruit trees and exotic plants, lawns, hammock, brick built BBQ, sun loungers around the large pool, shaded pool kitchen area with sink, and a raised wooden 'kosk' or seating area. There is also a laundry room with Wc and pool shower.
