Location
The villa is located down a quiet lane, in a semi rural location and yet only 10 minutes walk to the centre of Dalyan with its shops,restaurants and bars.Closer to home you will find a local store within 5 minutes walk from the villa for your immediate needs.The stunning 'turtle beach'nature reserve is 12 kilometres away and can be reached by car or bus in 15 minutes or by a scenic riverboat journey from the resort centre in 30 minutes.

Outside
Beautiful gardens shared with just 2 other villas, with many fruit trees, plants and lawned areas.Large shared pool with sun terrace and loungers.Pool side bar area with sink and fridge which can also be used for clients own drinks.Laundry room with washing machine for the use of the 3 villas and a poolside toilet. There is also an outside poolside shower, kosk (shady raised seating area) hammock and a BBQ.The villa has its own very private terrace and balcony with country and mountain views.
Inside
From the private furnished terrace you enter into the small kitchen with a marble worksurface, gas cooker and hob,fridge freezer, electric toaster and kettle.From here you turn left into the Lounge/dining room with open fireplace and traditional Anatolian decor. There is a TV (Turkish channels only, including music and sport) and a selection of books. From the lounge there is also a guest cloakroom/wc.From the lounge is a curved marble staircase to the first floor.Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and wc, and 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room with wc.Both bedrooms have doors out to the upstairs balcony which has double aspect views towards the mountains, and over the garden towards the town and rock tombs.

There is a breakage deposit of £80 to be paid before travel.
Babysitting,bicycle hire,cots and extra fans are all available on request for an extra charge to be paid locally.
