Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions depend on which type of booking you have with us:
Category 1 - Where we act as Package Organiser
Where we arrange your transport, clearly advertised and packaged together with accommodation and other ancillary items, your contract is protected under our ATOL license.
In this case you are bound under our terms and conditions, set out below under �Category 1 Bookings Terms and Conditions�.
Category 2 � Where we act as Agents
When we sell a package, accommodation-only or flight-only acting as an agent for a Third Party supplier, you are bound by the terms and conditions of that supplier.
Where we act as agent, this will be clearly stated on your invoice when you make your booking. Details are set out below under �Category 2 Bookings Terms and Conditions�.
Where we sell you a flight separately to the accommodation and other arrangements, the flight will be regarded as a flight-only booking, where we will act as agent for the our Operator.
Category 3 � Where we act as Principal but you are booking accommodation-only or flight-only
Under some circumstances where we sell flight-only or accommodation-only, we do not act as agent. In this event, terms and conditions are as set out below under �Category 3 Bookings Terms and Conditions�.
